After 1000 failed ping attempts the pinger deactivates the hubs to save time while pinging. Pinging offline hubs takes more time that pinging hubs thats online since the pinger have to wait for timeout. Timeout is currently set high to get as accurate pingcount as possible even on large hubs with high load
I need a new password for my hub, how do i get one? -

Im going away for a while and my hub will be down. Can you deactivate when im gone/reactivate it for me when i get back? -
Yes ofcourse we can hel you with that. Just register on the forum and make post that states you want it deactivated, don´t forget to post your hubaddress and the Hubs IDnumber on the hublist.
I added my hub to your hublist but it won´t appeare in the lists. What can be the problem? -
There can be a number of problems. For the hub to be shown in the hublist it needs to have the status "Online", so if the pinger for some reason gets timeout, is banned och gets kicked the hub will not appeare. Check your hubs status Here by searching for it by address, name or description. If it´s listed as offline make sure that the pingers IP-ranges isn´t blocked in a softwarefirewall or a gatewayfirewall. If it´s listed as CTMBanned read this guide for more information about how you can alter your settings to prevent this from happening again.
The pinger received x numbers of ctm which it processed, after the processing it came to the conclusion that your hub was used for CTM Flood (Verlihub DDoS)

Why haven´t you banned hubsofts that could be used for ctm flood? -
We will not ban a whole software due to that something could happend. We ban hubs when we see that they are being used for attacks.
